Cyst or implantation who knows!?

I came off Bc almost 4 months ago and my husband and I haven't exactly been trying but not preventing. My last period was pretty painful and I suffer from hormonal acne so pcos is always in the back of my mind, however my periods are normal 28-30 day cycle, no weight gain, balding etc. but it is still possible to have pcos with pleas side effects. Anyways I did track my ovulation this month and ovulated cycle day 17. Yesterday morning 6dpo I woke up with a pinching pulling feeling from my left lower side, it wasn't painful but quite annoying. It was on and off all day yesterday and no pain today.. I had an apt with a gyno today to rule out possible pcos, she did a pelvic exam and everything felt normal, however I am getting hormonal blood work done and a ultra sound in a few weeks. Has anyone experienced a cyst on their ovary? What does it feel like? And has anyone else had minimal side effects with pcos? Thank you !
