So I get my flow right, then no flow for a day and then the next day I get my period!!! WHY

Mine is the same way and I'm 37...I read up on it and it's pretty common.. I bleed 2 or 3 days then complete stoppage for 24hrs and bam it's back till it fades out about 2 days
