Induction at 39 weeks

So, I previously had a stillborn at 40 weeks in 2016. Fast forward, my husband and I found out we were pregnant. We talked about letting "nature take its course," and I was down for that until my anxiety got the best of me. We had our appointment this morning and I couldn't take it anymore and started crying. The doctor spoke to us and even checked me only to report I was a fingertip dilated. He couldn't sweep my membranes because he said my body wasn't ready. So after much discussion, I'm at the hospital now to get induced. I'm scared but know I cannot take another heartache of losing a baby. Please send your good vibes my way!
