How often does a women find out she's pregnant but doesn't notice any spotting or change in cervical mucus? I've been off the pill about a month now and have had unprotected sex all through my ovulation time. My period would normally arrive in a few days and I've been noticing what seem to be pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, peeing more often, bloating, some nausea, tiredness) but I haven't noticed any spotting or cervical mucus. Is it possible I'm pregnant or am I just over thinking it?
