Soy and TTC - Thoughts?

Google has 50/50 results. I'm an avid soy drinker. I was raised on soy milk. Today I saw an article stating that processed soy is bad for fertility due to high amounts of a certain hormone...

Soy is bad for females in general, whether ttc or not. It turns into estrogen in your body. Excess estrogen can wreak havoc on your body! If I even have a little bit of soy milk, I'm guaranteed a day or two long migraine. I'd make the switch to almond milk or another alternative that's not soy.

Talk to your doctor before switching. Mine told me the amount of soy I eat and drink is absolutely fine. It's the only milk I use and we eat tofu often.
