has anyone ever had a false negative on a rapid strep test. we did a test today with the nurse at her doctor because they didn't have any appointments available for today or tomorrow, and I didn't want to wait till next week. my daughter has red spots on the roof of her mouth towards the back. her throat is red and sore she says it is like it is on fire. the only thing she doesn't have a fever yet. there has been a child at her daycare that has been tested positive for strep. just had to get it off my chest.
