Tomorrow's my mans birthday. I get up at 3:00am for work. I bought two donuts at around 5:30pm. I put them in a paper bag and wrapped in those parchment paper like deals. Do you think they'll stay fresh and not get super stale? He wakes up at 4:30am for work so it's not like it'll be sitting out till 10am.

I'm going to put some stuff in the fridge for him (a Starbucks coffee, a water, and a snack box with salami, cheese, and crackers) because he never eats breakfast and I also want to leave the donuts out in the bag but on the counter. Will they get stale?

Also, I'm going to put a note so that he sees it, like on his wallet, that tells him to look in the fridge. And in the fridge it'll say "happy birthday, etc etc" in front of the stuff and a "ps there's donuts on the counter" but I think I should also text him because sometimes he doesn't look around. What do you think?
