just need so to vent and some support

I can't for the life of me figure out what's new with my baby. he wakes up at 4 naps normal but then won't go to bed. tonight it was 10 and no matter what I tried he jusy kept crying hitting biting pulling my hair pinching so I finally just had to set him in his bed and walk away for a minute. it's so hard it kills me to do that but on the other hand I obviously can't let him think that behavior is ok. anyways after like 2 minutes I went back in and said mommy loves you and i understand your upset but we can't hit I know at 10 months he's not going to fully understand it but man alive I just really pray this is just a phase cause it's killing me
