me and my boyfriend have been trying, and i am so excited for it and keep hoping i miss my period. can your body like go into "feeling pregnant" or am i actually having symphoms?

yes definitely ! many of the signs of early pregnancy are identical to PMS ! nausea , tender boobs , spotting , light cramps .... those could all be PMS or pregnancy !
