I masterbate. I know its a sin but I keep on going back to it. ever since I started asking God to help me not masterbate. I always get a Christian song in my head. it's not the same song Everytime.
sometimes I ignore it and masterbate. I feel guilty after I do it. I'm getting better though. i still have a ways to go.
