orgasms ans cramping

I orgasmed from clitoral stimulation ALONE today, my period was supposed to be over, wasn't really bleeding. A little while after the orgasm I'm cramping slightly and I'm bleeding a little bit now.(again there was no penetration whatsover) Is this normal? I'm 20 and probably sound stupid but I get super anxious and overthink things sometimes amd I don't want to brimg this up to my parents because EMBARRASSING
