Dermarolling? Before and after

Hey I'd really like to try dermarolling for my pitted acne scars/ice pick scars and large pores. I was wondering if anyone has had luck reducing these skin issues with a dermaroller and what procedure you took? Before and after pictures are more than welcome

Hi, I’m a mixed bag on this one. I have moderate scarring all over my face, and it got really bad at one point. I cannot tell if it’s gotten better or worse. I do notice some ice pick scars that were very big at one point are significantly smaller and more shallow. But I still have a long way to go and have a hard time being patient with the process. Use Hyaluronic acid after rolling.
