Missed period ? Confused help

I was due to start on the 16.. I'm bloated I have really bad pain and I'm passing a lot of gas I googled that peeing is a sign of pregnancy but I don't think I'm pregnant and if I pee I think it's normal? I'm 16 and really confusing is it safe to take a test 2 days late

At sixteen periods are still  trying to regulate themselves. So if u miss a period its normal. If your sure u can't be pregnant, then have you been stressed recently, exercised, changed any routine, because that can be the cause. It may be a little early to test but to ease your mind you can
