My partner and I had unprotected sex about three or four weeks ago. He didn't ejaculate inside of me but I'm late on my period now. I don't usually have a regular period so I could very well not be pregnant since we've had scares like this before.

But for the past few days when I bend over there's been an uncomfortable bruising sensation around where my uterus and ovaries are. I've never felt this before and I'm wondering if it's a sign I might be pregnant?
