Bound up!???

My EBF 4 month old has been pretty consistent with 1-3 bowel movements a day until this week. This poor baby hasn't pooped since Monday! Strangely enough, he doesn't seem overly miserable. Any others deal with this? Dr doesn't seem overly worried. What are you doing to deal with this?

Totally normal for an EBF baby! Breast milk is super efficient nutrition. Baby uses almost everything and there's not alot of "waste" product. Our girl usually goes 3 or 4 days with no poop and then has a day of pooping 3 or 4 times.

This happens to my EBF baby occasionally. She's 4.5 months. If she doesn't seem to be in pain I let her be. If she seems like she's backed up I will bring her knees to her stomach to squeeze out some gas or poop. If that doesn't work I use the FridaBaby Windi. I ordered them off Amazon.
