Missed period

So my period is now about 1-3 days late on August 18th, but home pregnancy test is negative. I ovulate pretty late every cycle (usually around cycle day 19-20), I had a positive opk on august 7th which means I would've ovulated on August 7-9th around 10 days ago. Typically I get my period every 28-31 days. I am pretty dry, have had some nausea, frequent bathroom trips, high soft closed cervix. I'd say those could be some early pregnancy signs, but who knows! Has anyone had this happen where it turned out they were in fact pregnant?
