Someone else said there are pressure points on the legs and feet that can help with labour, however you have to know EXACTLY where those points are and press REALLY hard. Someone doing a pedicure may not know these points and won't be able to press hard enough. But enjoy the pedicure anyway!! I had mine yesterday :)

Actually what it is the pressure points in the ankles, which is why when you get a prenatal massages they stay away away from your ankles because if pressured just right can send you into labor.

Lol, I have two friends who planned pedicures with me when they were preggo, but the night before cancelled because contractions started. We have a joke in our group of friends that if you want to have your baby, just go ahead and make plans to get a pedi. I'm 38+2 and went for one the other day. No dice lol.
