Faint Positive Test Result. Am I pregger?

I took a pregnancy test today. I am due for my period in 6 days so I know it's really early to know for sure but I just feel pregnant. I know that sounds weird, but I do feel different. Plus my appetite has changed. I pretty much had my cycle symptoms down to a T, I don't feel like I usually do around this time. Plus I'm super emotional. So anyways. I took a test because I'm impatient and wanted to know and I got a faint positive. I wanted to know if I should trust it. I figured I should probably retest in a few days. What do you think?
