No test line on my opk?

Question

so I'm cycle day 14 and should be ovulating around this time. but I took an opk and there is no test line at all. which is very weird because I've always gotten some kind of line even if it's faint. I just started using a new brand of Opks I got on Amazon called Clinical guard and none of them have shown an lh surge. I was using Opks by the brand proven and they seemed to work just fine always had some kind of line. do you girls think it's the brand or I just don't have enough lh in my system?

I never ovulated on CD 14. my O day is the 18th day. ovulation isn't an exact science. keep on testing. I'd take at least 2 a day during the fertile window

I use Clinic Guard. Out of the 4 packs of 10 I got, a whole pack was weird and invalid (not even control lines). Luckily it wasn't during my fertile period.  I did get 5 days of positives tho but that might be bc I'm 42 and as your fertility declines your body starts producing more to try and get eggs out. Everything else seem to work fine. It's my first month using opks and didn't feel like spending a ridiculous amount of money on them. If it doesn't work out next week, I'll prob try another brand.

I use this brand also and I don't get a year test line until I get well into my fertile window then once I start getting a faint line I get the positive OPK quickly after. It's generally been about 2-3 days between when I see the test line show up faint and when I get the positive.

No test line on my opk?
