PLEASE HELP! Weird numbness.

33 weeks pregnant. I was sitting down and all of a sudden half of my face got numb including my arm and hand. Then i started to lose my voice. Then got a really bad headache. This lasted for about 30 minutes. Help! Dont think this is normal. This happened around 9 am today.
