Can anyone tell me what this is!? It's 4:30 am and I woke up for the toilet with really bad stomach ache and this came out. I just don't feel like it is there anymore. Someone just ease my mind. Good or bad.

Take it to the ER asap. They can give it a professional look and check you out. It looks similar to mine when I started miscarrying. I'm so sorry. I hope it's not that 💕

I would go to the ER for an ultrasound. Bleeding with tissue like that is not good at any stage. Good luck.

Clots are not a good sign while pregnant.  I would call your doctor asap
