IVF is the only thing that gives u high probability of multiples. otherwise,  unless twins run in ur family,  u can only do one thing - hope. there's nothing that will give u twins. even IVF is not guaranteed to give multiples.  just a higher chance

I thought you're more likely to have twins or multiples when you become pregnant at an older age? But it's a gamble because everyone goes into menopause differently. My mum is in her fifties and still has periods. Her sister my aunt on the other hand went into menopause in her thirties. My mum could still have children now if she wanted but she is going through perimenopause so I guess that would give high chance of twins or multiples? I don't know. Could be totally wrong. My mum doesn't want more kids though 😅😅😅 Probably for the best.
