This happened years ago and doesn't even matter now and didn't make any kind of difference in my life lol

But back when I was in highschool, I cared.

I had an art class and chose that class because I loved art, it was my hobby. My teacher always praised me for my work, she said that my art had a signature vibe to it. One day she gives us something to draw and color and I put work into this, I started over twice, stayed up late to finish it. And was proud of my end result.

She gave me an F. Why? Well she wrote a note over the entire paper that pretty much said "I've seen your work all year and this is trash compared to it."

Punch in the gut. Okay. So I confront her about it and she says "you won't be passed in this class just for participating, you have to put effort in" and then it went from there to turning into an argument about how I did put effort in. I gave up and was like fine. I'll take the f. I don't think I deserve one, because I definitely put effort in. It just wasn't good enough. And I think it was because I strayed from my "signature look" and went for something a little different and she didn't like that. I was talking about art class in highschool with my so and his got brought up. That's why it's a post.
