I have health anxiety.....symptom I hate the most are the tremors 😒 My head, hands, and legs start shaking like crazy.

Not being able to speak because I'm breathing to hard
And my friends worrying about me

I have social anxiety. I get really nervous and get worried someone's gonna hurt me. I use to loose my breath and go into a panic attack now I have managed to control it. I still get sweaty and shakey sometimes.
