after my last period i put a finger inside of me in the shower and like... swirled around to get the old blood out. i found like... chunks? of pale yellow discharge/mucus. i don't know if i'd even call it discharge because it doesn't like come out, it just kinda stays in my vagina... it's not really like sticky or anything or even stringy like it doesn't stretch a lot. i can pull it and it only stretches like ---- much and then breaks

it doesn't smell and i don't smell down there. whenever i wear my running shorts with the underwear liner in them, it'll be kinda yellow but i always chalked that up to pee (even though i always wipe really well)

i know yellow normally means infection but like i said there's no smell and it's really no other issues.

what could it be?

i had an std test done in march and it was all negative (except hpv positive) but the yellow on the underwear has been happening for as long as i can remember.
