It's a keloid. Tea tree oil should dry it out and take it away. Worked for me

Try to squeeze the bump and see if something comes out, if it does then it's an infection. See your piercer or go to the hospital to get it removed and treated!!  
If nothing comes out it's a keloid scar! Nothing to worry about. Your body is rejecting the foreign object. It happens when you are being too rough too. Keep it clean with antibacterial soap (no odors!!), use wound wash then (IMPORTANT) apply vitamin E  three or four times a day with a clean cotton swab even after its disappeared. Keep it clean and only rotate it when clean, don't be forceful. 
I know this from experience. Also do NOT cut or poke it if it's a keloid, only squeeze to find out. Any more cuts can make it grow bigger.

Clean it with saline solution(you can make it at home) or some sort of antibacterial spray and put a&d; ointment on it. It may be getting infected. Also, pull your hair away from it while it's healing because the strands can get wrapped around it. I remember I would always comb mine by accident 😫 that shit was painful!

Your body is rejecting the piercing. I had a cartilage piercing for over a year and dealt with the same issue. I ended up taking it out because it didn't want to heal. Make sure that the piercing isn't being moved or irritated and clean it multiple times throughout the day. (make sure your hair isn't coming into contact with the piercing as well) If it gets worse I suggest you go to the place you got it pierced at and get it removed if you're unable to remove it yourself. A lot of people I know have had troubles with cartilage piercings. But the industrial piercing is so pretty!! 😭 I hope it'll heal up for you, good luck! ❤
