So tomorrow I'm supposed to leave with my friends family and some friends for a vacation. I got my period Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning ( 11 days late!!!!!! )when I woke up but I woke up at 3am today to painful cramps. I've had cramps everyday of my period so far. I'm scared that my period will last for half my vacay ( its 6 days without my parents) and I'll have to go swimming. I tried tampons before but it was a little scary for someone doing it without anyone knowing and I'm afraid to talk to my mom about this. PLEASE HELP😰😭😭!!!!!! Btw I'm 12

IDK what to do. Should I try tampons again? Should I talk to my mom about it? Should I not go with my friends? Should I keep Advil Menstrual Pain Relief (my go-to now) with me at all times? Are their any other options that I could do?
