So I've noticed that sometimes in the morning I'll get up and go to clear my throat (I get phlegmy) and just start gagging intensely, almost to the point it feels like I'm going to vomit. It'll go on anywhere from 5-30 seconds and then it stops, but it honestly feels like I'm gonna be sick. My mouth and eyes water, it's awful. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this at all? 😫
