Tmj/Jaw Pain??

I'm 7wks & wondering if anyone else is have a TMJ flare-up or experiencing jaw/neck pain. I've had TMJ for years & I wear my night guard every night to cut down on the grinding. The pain started last week when I open & close my mouth & radiates down my neck. It also hurts with pressure, like when I cough or sneeze. And when I lay down...with gravity. I've read about this happening later in pregnancy but wondering if I'm the only one having it earlier. TIA!

YES. I've never had it before but now I do and its awful. My jaw neck and head hurt sooo much. Sometimes it makes me nauseous. I do yoga from youtube and it helps a lot.

I get flare ups every now and then. It sucks and isn't much you can do about it. Mine usually last a few days and then go away.

TMJ is the worst. I , too suffer from it. Try to give yourself a scalp massage. I've found some decent ones on YouTube, there are also a couple muscles that you can massage from inside your mouth. I know it sounds gross , but I have done it and it helps relief pressure. It does hurt when you do it, but after you'll feel the relief!
