Alright so I've always been told that your period stops when you are pregnant but I was talking to my stepmom about to and she said with my brother he's didn't stop till about 3 months in and for my sister in law when she was pregnant hers didn't stop till 6 months in. I'm so confused now cause I feel like I've been told the wron info my whole life!

Your period definitely stops, it's impossible to still have one. Some people do continue to have bleeding though, which can be just as heavy or identical to your usual cycle

your period is the shedding of your uterine lining/ unfertilized egg. it is not possible for you to have a period while pregnant if you did you would mc. I know many women experience bleeding but that is NOT your period.
