Today i noticed my sons nipples are lumpy and kinda look swollen, should I take him to the ER? Pediatrician is closed and im freaking out.

They are just lymph nodes. Completely normal and will go away with time.

He looks really young. Days to weeks old. It is normal for this to happen and normal for them to leak milk actually. It is the hormones from your body that are still in his body from the pregnancy. 
It should subside in a few days.

That's normal my son had that at two weeks I thought he was going to have big boobs lol but it's just his body still having my hormones in his, Don't bother them it'll go away soon

like everyone saidz totally normal! but it's not lymph.  he's still got your female adult hormones in his system. basically, he has breasts lol. but it's temporary. the same overdose of hormones often causes baby girls to have a mini period
