Fever/Cold remedies? HELP!!!

Question

I just recovered from a UTI but now I got hit with a stuffy nose, a VERY sore throat, body aches, and fever chills (body is burning up but I feel cold).
I am 17 y/o.
What are some remedies or things that I can do to make myself feel a little bit better? I've been having cough drops and I just took a warm shower.

Warm showers and baths are super good! U can do a steam tent for the stuffy nose (boil water on the stove, pour into a bowl and then put a towel over ur head and the bowl and breathe the steam). Zinc lozenges are good for sore throats, and so is warm tea (chamomile is relaxing, white teas are hydrating, ginger and mint are good for calming an upset stomach), and it can help to add a little honey! I also gargle with saltwater which yes is kinda gross but it'll help clear out the bacteria. Just mix some salt with warm water and gargle w/ it a couple times a day. I find the warm water brings some relief for the soreness anyway. 
You can make a warm compress by filling a sock with some dry rice or beans/lentils, tie off the end, and heat it in the microwave for 1-2 mins. I heat one up and put it on my feet, or anywhere that's achey and sore, and it'll help with ur chills as well!!
Make sure u stay toasty warm, try to sweat to help break ur fever, and drink lots of fluids like water, tea, or juice!
