ouch my boob
omg so one of my boobs has been rock hard and red and hurts so bad, slightest touch hurts. about kills me when baby latches and it doesn't get much softer after nursing or pumping. been doing hot compresses, hot showers, and massage, and a little ice between nursing and pumping.
