Premama or Vitex?

So I'm between trying premama or vitex to help regulate my periods. (My last one was over 90 days ago 🙄) anyone have any success stories with either of these? Or something besides these that helped regulate yours!?

I tried vitex and got a period after five days but then was on it for 6 months with no other period. My doctor has me on metformin but been on for over two months and still nothing. She did just increase me dose last week tho.
