Hey so I just removed my mirena after six years on the first of this month . And that same day me and my fiancé had sex . Just did my chart and that was my ovulation period . So I was bleeding for about a week after that and every time we had sex would start bleeding (more like spotting) . But for about a week now been having really bad back pain fatigue nausea cramps . Was supposed to get my period on the 15th hasn't came yet the spotting is gone but still having the symptoms he thinks I'm pregnant as do I but when I took a test came back negative ... any comments are appreciated
