Help ladies I know I'm crazy

I had sex July 30th august 1st and august 5th . All were protected start to finish he even pulled out before he finished. I was not on birthcontrol this month due to the fact that the pill I was taking didn't make me feel good. So I guess that's why I'm alittle paranoid about messing up this cycle without being on any form of birthcontrol. But I know condoms are reliable we used them for a entire year just condoms and pulling out. I also went to the doctor august 17 to change my bc and just get checked I previously had ovary cyst. I got a ultra sound done and everything came up fine. Meaning that if I was pregnant the doctor would have seen and told me right? I have taken test and every test says negative. I just want to know what you ladies think??
