After having my son a year ago via Letrozale, I am about to jump on the journey to conception once again! 🙂 I took provera to start my first period since birth. Last time I got pregnant with Letrozale, I also used the the Ovidrel trigger shot. I am starting this process with my ob/gyn this time so there aren't as many resources available. I plan to try this route first before going back to my RE. I also have a very mild case of PCOS (an abundance of eggs but none were maturing on their own). Here are my questions...

-What day do you normally ovulate while on Letrozale? (I plan to use OPKs but am not sure they will work correctly due to my PCOS)

-Has anyone with PCOS had success with Letrozale and no trigger shot?
