homebuyer course

sorry dont really know where to post this, but anyone know with a usda loan for buying a home they make you take a first time buyer course...i took one back in january 2016 does anyone know if that is acceptable or would i have to take another one? Im going to call and ask tomorrow but just wanted to see if anyone knew on here first so i can get a headstart
