So I've been spotting/light bleeding for 4 days now. I did start birth control for ONE day last Sunday and didn't take the rest of my pills because I decided that I do not want to be on birth control. Is this bleeding caused from taking that one little pill, discontinuing them, then bleeding three days later? I also had my period last week Aug 5-10. It also comes with mild cramping. Thanks.
