6 week scan

Hi everyone I was experiencing some brown discharge for 4/5 days and I ended up getting an early scan. The nurse could see the baby and sack ok but she also saw a blood clot. It's making me panic and just looking for some advice if any of you have any experience of this? Thanks so much
