Tampons??

Okay so I am 15 and I play basketball & volleyball & pads are super uncomfortable in the process of playing... I wanna switch to tampons but i am afraid honestly .. what should i do 😢😳

Tampons are all different. Start with one with an applicator. Much easier to put in that way. Each brand has a different shape. If you don't like the feeling of one, try a different brand next month. I've never worn pads, tampons are so much more comfortable!

it's not scary or anything. i am 16 and have been wearing them for a while. talk to your mom or some girl you trust. also you can look up how to put it in and tips etc. its not as bad as it seems

I switched when I was twelve and I just did it on a whim and it was the best decision I've ever made. Just go slow and it'll take a while to get used to it.

I switched to them last year and they're honestly so much better for heavier periods in my opinion. I only wear pads on my light days.
