1/2 a glass, really slowly, with food once in a while (think week(s))... you'll be ok and so will baby. N. American doctors infantilize women since, OBVIOUSLY we have no self control. 
There's some excellent research from multiple European nations if you're nervous. 
 Take it slow and let your body metabolize the small amount of intake and you'll be ok.

Personally yes. I've had three glasses of wine so far this pregnancy... my birthday, my anniversary, and my BIL's wedding. However I had approval from my obgyn and my pediatrician.

If you feel confident you can stop at one glass then go for it. I've been having the occasional small glass of wine with dinner right through my pregnancy so far. But, it's infrequent and ALWAYS with a meal.
Don't be surprised if you don't really want your wine after a few sips though. I often find that once I'm finished my meal I just don't want to sit and finish my wine - how times change!!

I wanted one for my anniversary but then thought if i have one then ill want more so I didnt have any lol I just order Virgin drinks & pretend they have liquor in them 🤣

I had a small glass (verrry slowly, with dinner) on my birthday and on our wedding anniversary. I was about 5-5.5 months along at the time. I don't plan on having more, but I don't see anything wrong with having a tiny bit for a special occasion. My obgyn also said it was fine.
