Can I make my period regular without birth control???

So I asked my mom if I can get birth control and she flipped thinking I'm just gonna go out having unprotected sex and stuff... even though I'd never do that... so she refused to let me get it and I am able to get it by myself without parent permission, but I wouldn't be able to get it by myself because I don't have my license yet. I've been getting my period for about 4 years now and it's still extremely irregular... is there anything I can do to make it regular??

It depends on your state. I live in California and in California you don't need your parents permission to get it, but I got mines with my moms permission so my insurance paid for mines.
