This elderly couple came to a yard sale I was hosting for my grandmother and the man told me all about his wife while she was browsing and I thought it was so sweet! They've been married almost 70 years or so and he's so in love with her. He told me "she got so mad at me once she threw a knife at me and it stuck in the wall! You can get real mad at the people you love. Yknow when I met her, she was engaged to a nother man and I was just so scared to loose her. When I first saw her I knew I wanted to marry her!" and she said "I knew as soon as I saw him too!" He told me when I met my person I would know as soon as I saw them-then he cut himself off to ask me if I had met them yet and I told him yes, I believe I have and that I had been with them for a year. He got the cutest twinkle in his eye and told me "that's just wonderful! I'm sure you two will have a wonderful lifetime together!"
