I just saw a video of a mom that is potty training her daughter that is maybe 1 or 2 and she got mad at the little girl for pooping in her diaper and told her she was a bad girl for it?! Like WTF?! You're potty training her sometimes kids have to go! Don't get mad at a little girl for pooping. Just changed her diaper and tell her next time to go in the big girl potty!!

My fil's SO use to grab my niece when she would go in the corner to poop in her diaper, at the age of 2, take her to the toilet and tell her only bad girls poop in their diaper. She is 8 and still has issues pooping. It scarred her.

My husband and I were talking about something similar to this. Don't belittle the child because it did something it's suppose to do naturally (go pee or pop, etc.) tell them, "Hey you know what? You're learning, it's okay we can always try again next time. You're becoming a big girl/boy and you'll get it eventually." 
Some people are too harsh on kids when they're trying to learn something new and don't do it perfectly the first time. 😒
