2nd Cycle on Clomid

Hey ladies I have a quick question! I am on my second cycle of clomid 50mg and this time my AF is a little shorter than usual, it usually last 8days and I am currently on CD5 and it looks like it's going away, do I continue taking Clomid even when it's done? I'm supposed to take it from CD3-CD8
