Angel baby tattoo ideas?

I have a tattoo on my lower abdomen (right side), a sideways turned butterfly. It's really poorly made and not pretty. I want to cover it, but don't know what to get. I would like to honor my baby lost at 24 weeks but would like something tastefull, and it has to cover this ugly thing which is about 3x2 cm. I would much rather get a minimalist tattoo but have to get something bigger. No wings because I am not religious.
