You know you love your job and care about them when it is NOT your job to clean the bathrooms and make things look nice, but the bathrooms are disqusting because the janitor has been away for over a week and no one has cleaned them, so you do it. You clean the shit covered toilets and everything so that the guests are happy and come back. My job is just to run the front desk, but the place was so dirty and I want people to come back so I cleaned it really well.
