No sperm in sample, blood tests

Natasha • Mon, Aug 21 • I`m 25 years old, I had excision surgery for stage 4 endometriosis in October 2016. Endo already growing back due to trying for baby. Husband has testicular failure. Looking for positivity 💞

I'm just wondering if anyone SO had there sample come back with no sperm and then had a blood test for there hormones and found out they do have sperm it's just not leaving the testies? I want to know how common it is, got to wait till October to find out of my OH even produces sperm. TIA
