Any mom's know why?

My daughter is almost 6 weeks old and sometimes when I'm feeding her she'll pull off my brest upset (several times) and we have to relatch I've also noticed her kneading/grabbing my boob I know sometimes my milk does come out fast because she'll pull off and cough but I can't figure out why she's doing this

It's likely a flow issue. Probably too fast for her. You can feed her laying on your back and put her on top (put one hand on either side of your breast). You can also press close to your nipple and put some gentle compression on your areola there. It will help block a few of the milk ducts and slow the flow for her. As she gets bigger, she'll handle it better.

if you're worried about milk coming too fast try laying on your back and having her on your stomach. gravity will slow the flow.
